First floor : three bedrooms, small room (+ one bed), washroom (shower).

House build in 1982 (all conveniences : washing machine, dish washer, fridge, freezer, etc., no television). Shelter for two cars.
Beaches
Leon lake : 3 km (freshwater, sailing, sailboard, easy access for young children)
Moliets-et-Maa : 6 km (golf, tourist facilities, shops)
Messange : 10 km (better protected)
La Lette Blanche : 10 km (supervised but without facilities, see Moliets, end of the page)
Vieux Boucau, Souston : 15 km
Access to Moliets, Messange, Vieux Boucau and Souston via cyclists' line starting 200 m from the house. Beaches are supervised by qualified lifeguards from 11h to 19h from June to September. Lot of surf spots.
